Shipping & Delivery
  • Free UPS Ground shipping will be provided for orders over $250 before sales tax. Free shipping is only available for shipments to the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We regret that we cannot offer free shipping on oversize or overweight orders.
  • Choosing a priority shipping method does not guarantee a delivery date from the date of order placement. An order chosen to be shipped 2nd Day Air is not guaranteed to be delivered two days from the date the order was placed. It takes time to process and fill your order. Shipping method only speeds up the actual shipment. If you have an exceptional or rush order please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Orders for items that are in stock typically ship within a day. We will contact you shortly after you place your order to let you know when your order is expected to ship.
  • Oversize items may require an additional shipping charge. If applicable, we will contact you to confirm before any charges are made.
  • Please provide an accurate street address for the shipping address. We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Replacements
We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our return policy is stated below.
  • No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please contact us prior to returning any items to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
  • No credit will be issued for any returns without an RGA number.
  • All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt, in the original unopened package. Please write the RGA number we provided on the package.
  • Customers returning any items will be refunded the full amount for the returned items, minus any shipping and handling fees and a 25% restocking fee.
  • You will be responsible for the return postage or shipping fees. We strongly recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method (UPS).
  • All orders are inspected prior to shipment. If a product is received damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us in writing within 48 hours. We will replace all missing or damaged merchandise immediately. If the package looks damaged on delivery from the carrier, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Ordering
  • No cancellations or modifications will be allowed to your order once it's been processed or shipped, typically within one business day.
  • Any order for less than $50 (not including shipping charges or sales tax) will be subject to a small order charge of $10. This allows us to continue to offer you the best prices on the Internet for all of our products. If your small order is for samples, please see our Sample Policy.
  • After you place an order you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order. You will receive another e-mail within one business day notifying you of the expected date your order will ship.
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number for your shipment via e-mail. If you're a registered user on the site, you may also check the status of your order by clicking the “My Account” link.
  • We regret that we cannot accept international orders through the web store at this time. For international shipping and orders, please contact us to discuss payment and shipping terms.
Sample Policy (Decorative Pulls and Knobs Only)
We know that it can be difficult to picture how our hardware will look on your cabinets or furniture. To help you with your decision, we're happy to offer you the following sample policy:
  • Place an order for up to 4 items priced under $15. On your subsequent order we will refund 25% of the price of your samples, as well as any small order charge you may have paid.
  • The new order will need to be $100 or more in decorative cabinet hardware, excluding shipping and taxes, and be placed within 60 days of the original sample order.
  • When placing a subsequent order, add a note in the comment box of the checkout page stating that your order is a follow-up to a sample order, and reference the sample order's Order #.
  • When your order is processed, a credit will be issued to you on your sample order's items and fees according to the policy stated above.
  • Credit can only be applied one time for any order over $100 no matter how many sample orders are placed.
  • Any order for 5 or more items or for items priced over $15 will be subject to our standard return and restocking policy.
